Before you contact us:
- Please include the exact text of any error messages (not "something like...").
- If you use Anzio, you use it to connect to some host system. The problem may be happening on that system.
- If you are having trouble logging on, it's probably not an Anzio issue.
- If you use Anzio, and you're getting a message that your license expired, it's probably not an Anzio issue. However, if it says your Anzio DEMO has expired, you can solve that by ordering a license.
- If possible, try replicating the problem on the latest version of the program.
- If you have supporting files that would help demonstrate the problem, please email them separately to Support@anzio.com. Examples: screen captures (PNG format recommended), print files.
